This Saturday, November 30th, we’ve got a really fun unplugged show lined up featuring some great performers from Seoul and Busan. Here’s who’s playing:
THE HOPPERS (Busan)
One of Busan’s longest-running bands, The Hoppers play bona fide 60’s rockabilly music that will get your hips gyrating all night long! They play a great mix of originals and classic covers, and they’ve got stage presence for days. **This show will be a special drummer-less performance, just FYI, so thee sound will be a bit more stripped down**
JINU KONDA (Seoul)
With his dark, raspy voice and country-blues roots, Jinu Konda has been a staple of the Hongdae music scene since 2018. He weaves modern gothic tales with his music and sings about the marginalized and underprivileged in the big, bourgie city of Seoul.
SUNGYONG (Busan)
Sungyong is not only the bassist for The Hoppers but a fantastic solo performer as well. He’ll be opening up the night with some rock and roll tunes!
Music will start at 9:00 sharp and there is a 5000 Won cover for the show. 100% of that money will go to the musicians as always!
